About Us

People often come to psychotherapy because something in their lives feels off-kilter or unmanageable, and their usual way of dealing with problems is no longer working. We are a group of licensed therapists, who collectively have experience treating adolescents and adults with a variety of issues including relationship difficulties, depression, body image concerns, family conflict, trauma, grief and  career anxieties. We strive to offer a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore what might be holding you back while gaining the insight and skills needed to lead a more fulfilling life.
